Excellent, friendly and efficient service. It was a small job, but I was totally impressed at the speed of work, quality, price and customer care. I would not hesitate to use this body shop again.
I went to get an insurance quote. the guy was trying to tell me i had more damage to car when it doesn't have. I then said just look at the insurance damage. he then walked off & said i am not serving you & hid in his office. really RUDE & unprofessional.
A terrible customer service. I had arranged with the garage to come and have a quote done for some body work repair at 4.30. Never having been to the garage before, I got a little lost, so I called to ask where the garage was situated (4.35). The person who I spoke to on the phone told me that the person who does all of the quotes and estimations, who was the person I had spoke to on the phone, had already left the garage and was not going to be returning for the rest of the day! They clearly did not want my custom as they weren't even prepared to wait 5 minutes for me to arrive. Very very bad.
Incredibly rude. I was due to bring my car in for some bodywork repair, however was involved in a non-fault collision in between making the appointment and bring my car in. I rang up to explain that my insurance company had arranged this new damage to be fixed. The response was "we can do that for you too". I replied that as far as I was aware I was meant to go through the insurance company's garage, as it was all arranged by them. The response was "Well screw us then" and the phone being slammed down. Had the guy stayed on the line, he would have heard me ask to rearrange the original damage to be repaired by them, as I wanted to honour my original commitment (despite it being far easier for me to get it all done together at the insurance's garage). A little politeness and patience goes a long way, and this man's lack of it has lost them my business.
Do not take your here if you want it coming back to you the way it went in....First time it went in they didn't primer the rear bumper which I paid extra for it & the paint flaked off..It Went back in to get re-painted the owner is damn right rude, the bumper wasn't secured to the inner wings so there flapping about, a trim on the tail gate wasn't fitted correctly and raised at both sides, a Range Rover badge along the back wasn't straight and will need to come off.. There are marks in the paintwork where they have not polished out imperfections in all a s##t job, and it won't be going back there to get sorted.....
