I have been a patient of Regent Street for well over 15 years. I have complex health issues, all of which are covered here. The staff from reception, pharmacy, Nurse & Doctors are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Should you have an emergency you will be seen that day - although you may have to wait in the waiting area for up to 15mins. You can also book appointments, request medication, check your health record online - I would recommend emailing the Practice manager to get your id & password to set this up on your computer/tablet etc.There are several groups that can be contacted via boards on the waiting area wall & Regent Street has a PPG (Patient Participation Group) as required by the NHS. As a patient you are already a member, but it is up to you should you wish to attend a meeting to discover why we need a PPG. We need to raise funds for items such as extra BP machines for patients to take home (to reduce the effect of "White Coat" syndrome).I can recommend this Doctors Practice as one of the best in the area. Patients who live more than 1 mile away from the Centre of Stonehouse can also get their medications from the Pharmacist inside the Practice.If I could give more stars I would.
