Staff need some customer training. Some of the younger ones are very rude and ask too many personal questions. Respect for their customers would not go amiss. I have witnessed this not just to myself but to other customers as well!
Like most other pharmacies who deliver totally ignore the fact if single solo may not always be in if don't arrange a time , in fact they discriminate and bully refusing to deliver via policies & procedures blindly set up with no discretion or reason to issues raised re deliberate delays & safety issues in access due to locums & p/t working .Then betray confidentiality causing upset .
Poor customer experience. Would not allow the return of an item (bug spray) because I left the premises with it not ten minutes previously. This no refund or exchange policy is not shown or displayed anywhere in the store. I found the correct item elsewhere but was not allowed a refund.Would suggest making the refund and exchange policy clear for customers to see before they leave the premises.
They are the only place that stocks the face wipes I like. Very convenient distance from my house and open when I finish work.
Stonehouse pharmacy has really helped me today. I have an important script for sleeping tablets and three were missing . I phoned the chemist in a real state of panic , shelley calmed me down and checked on the computer and resolved this within minutes yes I had been given 3 short which were instantly replaced great service and so apologetic.
